Smart Works is a UK charity that aims to give women the confidence to reach their full potential and gain employment. They do this by providing coaching sessions and dressing consultations for our candidates who have secured an interview/assessment centre/vacation scheme.
How does it work?
1. Confirmation
Congratulations on your TC/VS assessment centre or interview! Inform the SEO Law team and we will organise your Smart Works appointment.
3. Get dressed!
Receive a free, head-to-toe professional workwear outfit for your interview. Featuring brands from Hobbs to Burberry!

Female-identifying CSH candidates were invited to a session with the charity Smart Works - one our supporters.
The presentation covered the Do's and Don'ts of interview attire, as well as the services Smart Works provide that are available to our candidates.
